Cotton's Parrot quotes from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)

*Squawk* Don't eat me! *Squawk* No! Don't eat me!

Gibbs

Captain, I think the crew, meaning me as well, were expecting something more... shiny. What with the Isla de Muerta going all pear-shaped, reclaimed by the sea and the treasure with it.

And the Royal Navy chasing us all around the Atlantic.

Marty

And the Hurricane.

Gibbs

All in all, its been some time since we did a speck of honest piratin'.

Jack

Shiny?

Gibbs

Aye, shiny.

Jack

Is that how you're all feeling, then? That maybe old Jack is not serving your best interests as captain?

*Squawk* Walk the plank!

Jack

WHAT DID THE BIRD SAY?!

Jack

No worries, mates. Tia Dalma and I go way back; Thick as thieves. Nigh unseperable we are... were... have been... before...

Gibbs

I'll watch yer back.

Jack

It's me front I'm worried about...

Gibbs

Mind the boat.

Will

Mind the boat.

Pintel

Mind the boat.

Ragetti

Mind the boat.

Marty

Mind the boat.

*Squawk* Mind the boat.
[Flies into Tia Dalma's shack, leaving Mr. Cotton to mind the boat.]

Will

If there was anything could be done to bring him back... Elizabeth...

Tia Dalma

Would you do it? Hmmm? What... would you? Hmmm? What would any of you be willing to do? Hmmm? Would you sail to the end or the earth, and beyond, to fetch back witty Jack and 'im precious Pearl?

Gibbs

Aye!

Pintel

Aye!

Ragetti

Aye!

*Squawk!* Aye, aye!

Elizabeth

Yes.

Will

Aye.

Tia Dalma

Good. But if you're goin' brave de weird and haunted shores at World's End, den... you will need a captain who knows dose waters.

So tell me, what's become of my ship? [bites into an apple.] Har har har ha!
