[The American FBI and Russian MVD raid a nightclub where Ghazzi Murad and his associates are meeting; the music stops as Maj. Valentina Koslova approaches Ghazzi's table]
Ghazzi Murad: [Russian] What - no kickbacks this week?
Valentina Koslova: [Russian] Major Koslova, MVD.
Ghazzi Murad: [Russian]: Nice to meet you. [pulls a stack of bills out of his coat] This damn market economy... here, is this enough?
[Koslova slaps the money out of his hand, replacing it with an arrest warrant]
Valentina Koslova: [Russian] Ghazzi Murad, you are under arrest for the murder of Mayor Nikolai Semankho.
Ghazzi Murad: [Russian] Blow me, darling! You don't have any witnesses. Nothing.
Carter Preston: [Russian]: Your blood is our witness. You left your DNA at the scene of the crime.
Ghazzi Murad: [Russian] DNA? [switches to English] What is this... an American? Who the **** are you?
Carter Preston: Deputy Director Carter Preston, FBI.
Ghazzi Murad: FBI. [looks over at Koslova] You **** Americans now, you ugly Militia whore. [to Preston] And you, go **** yourself. This is not Chicago. This is Russia. So take your bitch and get the **** out of here. [looking around the room] You think I'm afraid of the MVD? [laughs] I swear, I kill you and your **** whore mothers, if you don't --
Valentina Koslova: I repeat, you --
Ghazzi Murad: **** you! **** YOU, you scar-faced ****! **** you!
Carter Preston: Alright, that's enough!
[Ghazzi flips the table and lunges at Preston, but is tackled by Koslova; as he tries to strangle her, she pulls her gun and shoots him dead. Afterwards, outside, Preston hands her a flask of whiskey.]
Carter Preston: It's not easy taking a life, but you saved one too - mine.
