[The scientists run away in terror as Mewtwo destroys the lab with its psychic powers]
Dr. Fuji: [sitting on the ground and watching the lab become engulfed with flames; in a horrified voice] We dreamed of creating the world's strongest Pokémon... [Mewtwo starts to form a blue orb around himself] and we succeeded.
[The blue orb enlarges and causes an explosion that destroys the lab entirely, killing all scientists, including Dr. Fuji. Afterwards, a helicopter approaches the island]
